Built in 1837, "Villa degli Ulivi" is a luxury holiday home, a typical Ligurian villa with turret, with green shutters and trompe l'oeil that reproduce stucco, decorations and floral motifs on the facades. "Villa degli Ulivi" was the typical house for the summer holidays, but also the place to press the olives from the land around the Villa, made up of three floors, all communicating with each other via a 19th century staircase with slate steps and handrail wrought iron.
