"Villa degli Ulivi" welcomes you with a large entrance gate, reached via a steep climb covered with fragrant creepers that leads to the private parking surrounded by large olive trees. The private parking can accommodate two vehicles. Around the house there is a large garden, ideal for spending time outdoors and enjoying the beauty of nature. In front of the house there is a large terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun and a 4x4m shade gazebo furnished as a living room. Guests can also use a wood-fired barbecue to prepare delicious grills with friends and family. Finally, there is an outdoor shower to cool off on hot days.Together, these elements create a welcoming and pleasant environment to enjoy time outdoors.
Once you arrive in Piazzale Cile you enter the private road that leads to the Villa. Take Via Privata Bastia halfway you will find a gate with the sign "Villa degli Ulivi"
From the living room you can access the large perimeter terrace and then the garden through the large French windows: the light never fails! With red Genoese terracotta flooring, the terrace extends for 120m2 and ends with a green lawn dotted with climbing roses and geraniums.
Conviviality and pleasant outdoor barbecues. The barbecue in the garden is an opportunity to meet up with the family and becomes the center of attention of all friends who, in front of the fire, try to transform themselves into grillers.Built by hand, in 1937 we find a "Barbecue" in Genovese stone equipped with a large slate support surface and a "Trough" with water coming directly from the source. On the opposite side, on the garden side, a pleasant hot/cold water shower perfect for allowing us to enjoy our green space to the fullest, with the peace of mind of always being able to choose the water temperature that we prefer or that is most suitable for the time of day: warm for children, cool for adults.
The Villa has two large private parking lots dedicated to customers. Arriving from the main climb you reach a large square with stone paving and the two parking lots marked as "Parking"
