THE INTERIORS

"Villa degli Ulivi" welcomes you with an independent entrance with a security door. From the main entrance you arrive directly to the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the bathroom. A wrought iron staircase with slate flooring leads to the upper floors, where we find on the first floor, the 3 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its bathroom, and on the second a large living room with billiards and the fourth bedroom with its bathroom.

On the ground floor we find the fully furnished kitchen with an American fridge, two dishwashers, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine, an air fryer, a microwave and everything you need to cook great Ligurian dishes. Continuing we find the dining room with a solid wood table and seats for 8 comfortable seats, the living room with a working fireplace, a 55-inch TV with SkyQ and all applications, unlimited Internet. From the living room we can access the large terrace while in the entrance we find the service bathroom.

From the main entrance you go up to the first floor via a late 19th century wrought iron staircase with slate flooring, where we find the 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and air conditioning.

Going up we reach the large living room of about 140 square meters, with a billiards table. Surrounded by large decorated windows it offers an incredible view of the gulf. Adjacent we find the fourth bedroom also with a private bathroom.
